Q.: “How often will my child attend class and how long are your classes?”

We recommend 2 classes per week. However, we do offer a 1x, 2x and 3x per week options.  Each class is for 45 minutes. 

 Q: “Are you open on the weekends?”

Yes, we are open for special events such as our birthday parties, Studio special events/seminars, private & make up lessons. 

 Q: “How can I get started?”

Sign up for your 14-days for $14 Trial and then gchedule your first lesson.

 Q: “How does my child earn their next belt?”

Belt promotion tests happen twice a year. Stripes are earned by participating in class, having a good attitude, and staying focused when needed.

 Q: “How do I know if the schedule will work for me?”

Be sure to check out our schedule on the schedule page for Beginner students.  We hold a variety of class times, that work with most schedules.

 Q: “Does martial arts make kids violent?”

Absolutely not!  Martial arts is about focus, building confidence, instilling discipline, making incredible new friendships and having fun!  Defending, by using the skills taught, are always a last resort.  We first focus on building confidence and being able to use our #1 tool of self-defense: Our voice. 

 Q: “Is martial arts safe for my me and my child?”

Our program is extremely safe!  We have systems with systems in place to insure that you and your child are safe and have an amazing time.  From our warm ups to stretching our instructors pay very close attention.  We’ve got you and your child covered.  Like most sports or activity events injuries do happen, but they are quite rare. 

 Q: “My children play video games too much. I’m afraid that they will not have any enough fun to want to stop playing and join in.  Are the martial arts classes fun?”

YES!  This is what we do. Our instructors are energetic, inspiring and not only deliver everything you need for your children to learn, but also make classes so much fun that your child will become very anxious for their next class.

Q: “How long do people normally continue their martial arts training?”

With our team of amazing coaches, keeping our classes fun and light keep people training for long periods of time. Some of our students make this a permanent part of her lifestyle. Not only do you get in great shape and see the many benefits of the martial arts, but you have a blast while doing it!

Q: “Will martial arts improve my child’s confidence?”

Yes! You will see improvement in your child’s behavior and confidence almost immediately. Our classes can have moments where they need to have a strict focus, but each student feels the sense of accomplishment as they begin to master their moves.

Q: “What is the best age to start martial arts?”

The best time to start is NOW. We have classes for children as young as 4, and as adults of all ages. Our facility offers a variety of programs with each designed to build strength, confidence and your ability to defend yourself should the situation arise. Don’t waste another minute. Q: “Are your classes for boys and girls?”

Our classes have a healthy mix of both boys and girls. Your child will not be surrounded by members of the opposite sex. Our students make friends easily and learn to work together. Teamwork is a big part of martial arts training. 

Q: “How do I go about getting started?”

That’s a great question! With our variety of classes, all you have to do is pick the one that you think is best for you, and enroll in our trial program. This is the best way to experience our classes and see if our facility is a good fit for your needs. Don’t let our 5 star rating convince you. Come experience our classes for yourself and you’ll see what makes us the most popular program in our area.

 

Q: “Will training in Krav Maga make me a violent person?”

Quite the opposite. Although our training can be aggressive, we teach our students to only use their newly developed tools if absolutely necessary. We always look for other solutions before fighting.

Q: “Is there Rank Progression in Krav Maga?”

Yes! Rank promotion tests are held every 3 months. Students who participate in classes a minimum of 24x in a testing cycle are elligable for rank testing.

Q: “How do I know if the schedule will work for me?”

Be sure to check out our schedule on the schedule page for NEW students. We hold a variety of morning/evening classes that work with most schedules.

Q: “Will I be taking classes with kids?”

Yes and No. Our Teen/Adult program starts students as early as 14 years of age. Our beginner students work with a coach to learn the basics of our program. Once you have graduated out of the beginner class, you will join the rest of the ranks.

Q: “Do I have to be in good athletic shape in order to take your classes?”

Our classes are designed for all athletic abilities to enhance your current self in becoming your very best.
